4. Vault Ownership and Control
4.1 Property-Bound Records
Vaults are associated with a property, but control is assigned to a user account ("Controller").
4.2 Controller Rights
The Controller may:
- Upload and manage records
- Grant and revoke access
- Initiate transfer of control
4.3 Transfer at Sale
PropVault supports transfer of Vault control at closing. However:
- PropVault does not verify legal ownership
- PropVault does not enforce or guarantee transactions
You are responsible for ensuring transfers reflect the underlying transaction.
5. User Content and Responsibility
You retain ownership of all content you upload ("User Content").
By uploading content, you represent that:
- You have the right to upload and share it
- It is not misleading or fraudulent
- It complies with applicable laws and third-party rights
You grant PropVault a limited license to:
- Store
- Process
- Display
- Transmit
your content as required to operate the service.
6. Verification and Limitations
PropVault may:
- Record contributor roles
- Apply scoring models
- Display verification indicators
However:
- PropVault does not guarantee accuracy or completeness
- Not all entries are independently verified
- Scores and indicators are informational, not certifications
Users remain responsible for their own due diligence.
7. Access and Sharing
Vault access is controlled by the Controller.
When access is granted:
- Recipients may view permitted content
- Additional conditions (e.g., NDA, identity verification) may apply
You are responsible for:
- Granting access
- The scope of information shared
8. Privacy and Data Use
We collect and use data to operate the service.

- Access is permissioned
